Тиазидные диуретики: 50 лет истории или взгляд в будущее

Аннотация

Представлена история использования тиазидных диуретиков за последние 50 лет. Рассматривается их влияние на эффективность лечения артериальной гипертонии, сердечно-сосудистую смертность и заболеваемость. Оцениваются их эффекты на гемодинамику и безопасность назначения.
