Синдром Тако-цубо

Аннотация

В статье изложены данные исследований, посвященных синдрому Тако-цубо — обратимому локальному или диффузному снижению сократимости миокарда с клинической и электрокардиографической картиной острого инфаркта, повышением уровня кардиоспецифических ферментов в отсутствии ишемии и реперфузии. В обзоре освещены вопросы эпидемиологии, патогенеза, клинических проявлений, диагностики и лечения синдрома “разбитого сердца”.
