Связь обструктивного апноэ сна и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний с позиций доказательной медицины. Часть 2
Аннотация
В обзоре, посвященном ассоциациям обструктивного апноэ сна (ОАС) и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, проанализированы данные проспективных исследований, метаанализов и систематических обзоров. Вторая часть обзора посвящена анализу взаимосвязей ОАС и таких сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний как ишемическая болезнь сердца, цереброваскулярные заболевания, хроническая сердечная недостаточность, легочная гипертензия. Все они с разной степенью достоверности ассоциированы с обструктивными нарушениями дыхания во сне. Среди этих заболеваний наиболее тесные ассоциации показаны для ОАС и хронической сердечной недостаточности ОАС и цереброваскулярных заболеваний. Отдельно рассматривается вопрос о взаимосвязи ОАС с сердечно-сосудистой смертностью. В большинстве наблюдательных исследований показано, что ОАС без последующей коррекции влияет на ее увеличение.
