Abstract

The problem of the readiness of graduates of the Faculty of Higher Nursing Education to carry out professional and teaching activities is a key component in organizing an effective educational process. The development of teaching competencies improves various types of subsequent professional activities of a nurse in practical healthcare.

Our study assessed the readiness of graduates to carry out professional teaching activities, and developed an improved model of developing the necessary skills.
