СКОРОСТЬ ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЯ СЕРДЕЧНОГО РИТМА ПОСЛЕ НАГРУЗКИ ПРИ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИИ КАРДИОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ

Аннотация
В связи с высокой заболеваемостью и смертностью населения вследствие сердечнососудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), реабилитация кардиологических пациентов остается актуальной проблемой. Ведущим компонентом кардиореабилитации считают регулярные физические нагрузки, польза от которых имеет широкую доказательную базу. В связи с этим значимым является вопрос об адекватности и эффективности тренирующих режимов. Использование показателя, отражающего скорость снижения частоты сердечных сокращений (ЧСС) в конце каждой минуты восстановительного периода после дозированной физической нагрузки, оказалось высокоинформативным. Установлена граница в отношении ЧСС, ниже которой увеличивается риск сердечнососудистых осложнений. Динамика этого показателя в ходе программ физической реабилитации может служить маркером эффективности проводимых мероприятий. В настоящее время существует дефицит информации в отношении нормативных параметров скорости восстановления ЧСС для пациентов с ССЗ. Возникает вопрос об унификации подходов в оценке восстановительного периода и накоплении массива данных по влиянию длительных физических тренировок на прогноз пациентов с ССЗ.
