INDIVIDUAL APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF PREGNANCY IN WOMAN WITH PROSTETIC HEART VALVE THROMBOSIS

Abstract
In the clinical case, an individual approach is demonstrated to management of mechanical aortic valve thrombosis. The specifics of the case is in 1213 weeks pregnancy of the patient, in aggressive antithrombotic therapy, absence of hemorrhagic complications and complications of the fetus.
