Место внутривенных нитратов в современной кардиологии

Аннотация

Нитраты с успехом применяются в кардиологии, начиная с XIX века. В настоящее время при неотложных состояниях преимуществом пользуются внутривенные формы. Многочисленные исследования доказывают высокую клиническую эффективность и безопасность назначения внутривенных форм нитратов при остром коронарном синдроме, острой сердечной недостаточности, острой декомпенсации хронической сердечной недостаточности.
