Состояние ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы у женщин с артериальной гипертензией в климактерическом периоде. Особенности антигипертензивной терапии
Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященный патогенезу артериальной гипертензии (АГ) у женщин в климактерическом периоде, роли гуморальных систем и, в особенности, ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы в становлении АГ у этой категории пациентов. В статье обсуждается патогенетическая обоснованность применения антигипертензивной терапии у женщин в климактерическом периоде.
