Выбор оптимальной комбинации нейрогуморальных модуляторов при хронической сердечной недостаточности: уроки исследования CHARM-Added
Аннотация
Статья посвящена выбору оптимальных доз и комбинаций нейрогуморальных модуляторов при систолической дисфункции левого желудочка и сердечной недостаточности. Проанализированы результаты исследований CHARM-Added, Val-HeFT, RALES, EPHESUS и их влияние на современные рекомендации по диагностике и лечению хронической сердечной недостаточности.
