Профилактика тромботических осложнений при чрескожных коронарных вмешательствах
Аннотация
Введение в практику стентов, выделяющих лекарства, является важным достижением интервенционной кардиологии. Эти стенты демонстрируют хорошие клинические результаты, высокую эффективность и безопасность. Однако до конца не решен вопрос профилактики рестенозов и поздних тромбозов стентов. Рассматриваются вопросы антитромбоцитарного лечения (Аспирин, клопидогрел) и ведения больных после ЧКВ при использовании покрытых и непокрытых стентов.
