Статины в профилактической терапии атеросклероза: современная стратегия и тактика назначения
Аннотация
В статье освещены современные тенденции в гиполипидемической терапии. Обозначена роль статинов в первичной и вторичной профилактике заболеваний, связанных с атеросклерозом. Представлен современный взгляд на выбор оптимальных доз статинов для получения максимального эффекта в профилактике сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
