Клинико-фармакоэкономическая оценка ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента периндоприла и эналаприла у больных ишемической болезнью сердца, подвергнутых коронарному шунтированию

Аннотация

Цель. Дать клинико-фармакоэкономическую оценку длительного применения ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента периндоприла и эналаприла у больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) с коронарным шунтированием (КШ).

Материал и методы. 250 пациентов с ИБС были включены в открытое, проспективное, рандомизированное, клиническое исследование. I группе больных (n=125) назначали периндоприл, II группе (n=125) — эналаприл. Длительность наблюдения составила 3 года после выполнения КШ. Все больные получали стандартную терапию ИБС.

Результаты. По сравнению с эналаприлом для длительного приема периндоприла были характерны: улучшение систолической функции левого желудочка, повышение толерантности к физическим нагрузкам, снижение частоты ишемических эпизодов.

Заключение. Назначение периндоприла пациентам с ИБС после КШ по сравнению с эналаприлом имеет очевидные преимущества, в т.ч. с точки зрения более низких материальных затрат на лечение данной категории пациентов.
