К вопросу о применении внутривенных β-адреноблокаторов у пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом

Аннотация

Оптимизация лечения острого инфаркта миокарда (ОИМ) в ранние сроки позволяет улучшить клинические исходы, уменьшить заболеваемость и смертность у пациентов этой группы. Применение внутривенных β-адреноблокаторов (β-АБ) ассоциировано с улучшением выживаемости и хорошо переносится больными ОИМ. Представлены результаты клинических исследований по данному вопросу. Критически разобраны причины возможного повышения частоты кардиогенного шока у пациентов в группе метопролола в исследовании COMMIT. Дана доказательная база применения β-АБ в ранние сроки ОИМ.
