Синдром обструктивного апноэ сна как независимый фактор риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений

Аннотация

В настоящее время накоплены доказательства независимости взаимосвязи между синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями (ССЗ). Особенно это характерно для артериальной гипертонии (АГ), ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС), инсультов (МИ), сердечной недо­статочности, мерцательной аритмии и внезапной сердечной смерти. В связи с этим настоящий обзор представляется достаточно актуальным, т. к. посвящен взаимоотношениям между СОАС и такими ССЗ, как АГ, ИБС, МИ, сахарный диабет и смертность.
