Применение эноксапарина при сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях: как сделать лечение наиболее эффективным и безопасным

Аннотация

В обзоре анализируются особенности использования эноксапарина при наиболее распространенных сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях: острый коронарный синдром, венозные тромбоэмболические осложнения, фибрилляция предсердий. Представлены основания для принятия решения в сложных и нестандартных клинических ситуациях: нарушенная функция почек, пожилой возраст, смена препарата гепарина в процессе лечения, необычная масса тела, когда для обеспечения наилучшего соотношения эффективности и безопасности может потребоваться изменение стандартного подхода к применению препарата.
