Возможности оптической когерентной томографии и внутрисосудистого ультразвука в выявлении нестабильных бляшек в коронарных артериях

Аннотация

Внутрисосудистая визуализация нестабильных бляшек in vivo имеет большой потенциал для прогнозирования коронарных событий. В настоящее время существует несколько методов внутрисосудистой визуализации, которые позволяют верифицировать компоненты бляшки и, соответственно, ее уязвимость. Наиболее распространенными являются виртуальная гистология внутрисосудистого ультразвукового исследования и оптическая когерентная томография. В ряде исследований доказано, что с помощью этих методов визуализации возможна стратификация риска неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий, а также оценка эффективности медикаментозной терапии. В настоящей статье описаны преимущества и недостатки внутрисосудистого ультразвука и оптической когерентной томографии в выявлении уязвимых поражений коронарных артерий.
